• Please provide a credit card number, expiration date and zip code to hold your reservation. Full payment is due upon arrival. No-shows will be subject to a one-night credit card charge. Cancellations must be made 7 days prior to your arrival date to receive a full refund.

• Check-in time is 3 PM. Late arrivals, (within reason), can be accommodated if prior arrangements have been made. Check-out time is 11: AM.

• 446 Warren Street is smoke-free. The apartment is best suited for adults. We are sorry but we can not accommodate pets, however, exceptions can be made on a case by case basis.

• The suite at 446 Warren Street is your private self housekeeping and self catering apartment in Hudson. It is a one and a half bedroom apartment. Fresh linens: sheets and towels are provided for your stay, but there is no daily maid service.

• We will also provide coffee & tea service, but no meals are served. However, a fully equipped modern kitchen with a washer and dryer are at your disposal - as are many fine choices of restaurants, cafés and markets on Warren Street in Hudson.

• Rates are based on double occupancy with a queen-size bed and the possible addition of a third person/twin bed in the half bedroom - with the supplemental rate for a third guest. The suite is very comfortable for one or two guests.
